Does this mean a refusal?

Hello everyone ,I applied for Indefinite leave to remain on 07/01/2018.I applied after completion of six years of discretionary leave to remain .I am 27 Years old .I came to the uk in 2015 with my father under work permit dependant visa .After that I got 3 years discretionary leave and subsequent 3 years discretionary leave .My father lives with my sister .I moved out ,I’m working at a hospital .I have a one year old son who is a British citizen .His father holds ILR .We are not together .but understand each other well concerning the baby.Today I got received my biometrics letter and a letter asking for statement of additional grounds.The letter reads :Under Section 120 of Nationality,Immigration and Asylum act 2002’.Its for any other reasons why I want to stay in the UK besides those I have stated in my application .Does anyone out here understand this act ?Does it mean that I’m going to get a refusal since they asking for extra reasons .

It is a standard letter sent out to applicants who apply for ILR through the DLR or FLR(FP) route.

Thank you for replying CR001 .I didn’t include my baby in the supporting letter I wrote .I did say I have a baby who is a brutish citizen .But I didn’t include it as a reason to stay here as I thought 6 years competition of discretionary leave was enough .Would it advisable to reply and mention my baby .To mention that he is a British citizen and his father holds ILR .Iam his main carer and I need to be with him so that he can see his dad .Or I shouldn’t anythin extra .

My understanding is, if this hasn't been disclosed in the application for ILR, and provided you have documentation to prove this, I would state this is a vital piece of information that should mentioned.

My understanding is you may not get a chance to appeal if they refuse ILR.

Thanks for your reply CMOSUK.I will send the letter tommorrow and mention this .And include a copy of my baby fathers indefinite leave to remain.I have already sent them my baby’s passport.
