ILR query on employment history

Hi All,

One urgent query if anyone from the group as i have got an appointment in couple of days..
I have got Tier 2 visa on Mar 2013 and then i went to India in April for medical treatment until june.
my payroll is started from September as per Hmrc.
What explanation should i provide for gap of 2 months.

It would be very helpful if you could help me.
