Tier 2 application problem

Post by iserbetci » Wed Mar 07, 2018 9:47 pm

Hi All,

I have TIER 1 General and I have to swich to TIER 2 General. I applied as premium service but there is a miscalculation of working ours and salary in my CoS. Most probaby they will refuse it. But my Visa is ending Marc 2017 and Home Office did not decide yet. I dont have my paperwork. I can not make my new application.
What happen if my application decision comes after my visa expiry date? Can I make new application after expiry date?

You could withdraw your application and request your documents to be urgently returned to you?

Home office will give you 28 days to either make a new application or leave the country so I believe you would be able to make a new application within that timescale :)

You are wrong. It is now only 14 days. It changed last year from 28 days.

Can you please start your own topic with your questions, as you were already asked to do on 26th January in the topic linked below.

It is considered rude and unfair to tag your questions onto other members topics.
