As his Tier 2 ICT issued in 2011 was a new grant and not an extension of the previous work permit, he would come under the Rules in force at that time, which does not put ICT visa holders on the pathway to ILR. But some people (primarily those who had switched over to Tier 2 G) have been lucky.

No Iam his dependent and can he switched to tier 2 general because his tier 2 ict application made in March 2011?
From sept 2013 we r continuously staying on ict 2011 visa so can we eligible for 10 year ilr route?
What is your status? Are you a British citizen, on ILR or on another PBS visa? Could you sponsor your husband?
Why have you re-posted this quote without responding to the questions asked in it.Nsing wrote: ↑Sat Mar 10, 2018 2:32 pmsecret.simon wrote: ↑Sat Mar 10, 2018 12:53 pmAs his Tier 2 ICT issued in 2011 was a new grant and not an extension of the previous work permit, he would come under the Rules in force at that time, which does not put ICT visa holders on the pathway to ILR. I will leave it to others to advise you further on the nuances of Tier 2 ICT visas and ILR, as I understand that there were some rule changes in both April 2010 & April 2011.Nsing wrote: ↑Sat Mar 10, 2018 2:32 pmNo Iam his dependent and can he switched to tier 2 general because his tier 2 ict application made in March 2011?secret.simon wrote: ↑Sat Mar 10, 2018 12:53 pmAs his Tier 2 ICT issued in 2011 was a new grant and not an extension of the previous work permit, he would come under the Rules in force at that time, which does not put ICT visa holders on the pathway to ILR. Can you let us know the dates of application (not the dates of grant, but the dates that the applications were submitted) of the various visas?
