UK Tourist Visa for Parents

Hi,

I am planning to get my parents to UK in June 2018 for couple of months and i am sponsoring them and will be staying with me. I want to apply for their visitor visa for short term.

Can someone suggest me how to put forward my case provide few facts below?

- They are depended on me (dad is 63 yrs & mom is 55 yrs).
- They have little savings with no ITR as such
- They have a house which is worth 20 lacs as per current market conditions.
- This is the first time they will be traveling to UK or abroad. I will be going to India for assisting their travel
- I am a British citizen
- I am financially sound and have my family and I bought a new home recently in the UK.

Can anyone tell me, how can I put up my case to home office?

What social, financial, economic/employment, property, family ties will they show to convince ECO that they are genuine visitors?

If they are wholly financially dependent on you, this actually weakens their case considerable. Your personal and financial circumstances are less important.

How long are they proposing to visit the UK?

The thing which they will show are:

Financial & Property:
- They have house which is rented out. Generates Rental Income monthly.
- The other house consists of 2BHK & 1BHK in which they are staying (in 2BHK) at the moment is on my name and rented out (1BHK) which generates the income for them.
- Dad had some saving which he has given on interest to known person, which generates some monthly income from that.

Apart from having own house and their monthly income is around 30k.

Employment:
- Dad stays home at present. He use to work in Boutique until last year after the fallout of his business few years back.
- Mom is homemaker

Family:
- My parents and sister lives in same city.
- Dad’s brother and his family lives nearby my house.
- Moms siblings (4 of them) & their families live in same city.
- All the relatives, cousins, friends and well wishers live in same city and few of them are close by.
