ILR salary requirement

Hi All ;

I am working as application developer and my job code is 2136. I will be applying for ILR in another 10 months. But my concern is, i am getting salary of £34k.I am afraid that it doesn't come under shortage skilled and my employer is not willing to pay just 2k. What else can be done in this case please suggest.
