Anyone can apply in the UK as a PBS Dependant, except the people listed in Part 8 of the Immigration Rules, paragraph 319C(h): https://www.gov.uk/guidance/immigration ... ly-members
There are various factors you need to look at, including the 5 year cap and academic progress. Speak to your Tier 4 sponsor directly about this.

There are set monthly amounts, depending where you are studying. How many months' money they need to show depends on how long the visa will be. See https://www.ukcisa.org.uk/Information-- ... layer-3369

Can you please desist from tagging the same question onto every single tier 4 dependent visa topic you find. If you continue, your access to the forum will be restricted or terminated!!
Kindly start your own topic with your questions.bhushanpradhan wrote: ↑Thu Nov 01, 2018 8:32 pm@shetty86 - did this approach work out?
1) Is moving from Tier 2 ICT to Tier 4 Dependant possible?
2) Once you move to Tier 4 Dependant - can you continue with your current job full time?
3) As soon as you move to Tier 4 Dependant - can you immediately find a Tier 2 General sponsor and move to the Tier 2 General VISA?
Thanks for your help.
