If you submit any other application, your admin review is then withdrawn and your section 3C ends (If your previous visa has already expired).

What is your UK immigration history and who do you want to be 'dependent' on??

Hi CR001,

I applied for ILR and refused for the amendment on a tax issue. They give me admin review which I did. My wife applied for FLR(FP) where I want to be as a dependant as at the end of review application it mentioned that if I apply any other application my admin review will withdraw automatically. However it does not mention I cannot be a dependant on another application.

I have discussed with couple of solicitors and they advise this is a gray area where it does say anything clrearly which means I can and cannot also.

I live in UK approx 12 years + and my wife live with me approx 8years +; we have one son who is going to be 7 in august.

please advise.

@Vencat999 Pleas continue in your own thread instead of highjacking another member's topic, which is not only unfair but also causes confusion.
