ILR application for PBS Dependent where main applicant is already on ILR
Here is the situation faced by many who got their ILR recently from Tier 1 General on the biases of PBS (completed there 5 years and got ILR).
Say the applicant was in Tier 1 General (HSMP on PBS earning was £35000) and his dependent on PBS Dependent category with valid visa, and completed there 5 years under PBS Dependent, now dependent is qualify for ILR because dependent spent 5 year in Uk,
The general requirements are
1. Been living and working in the UK continuously for 5 years
2. Applicant was not spent more than 180 days outside Uk per year
3. Met the knowledge of English language requirement English level B2 pass notification
4. Life in the Uk test pass notification
5. Earning?
This question is regarding earning.
When mane applicant was applying for ILR his requirements for earning was £35000, which he meets and got ILR.
Now dependent completed 5 years in UK and it’s time to apply for ILR
What will be the earing position for the mane application that already on indefinite leave to remain in the UK; he (mane app) will be still showing the same earning (£35000) for his dependent applying for ILR ?

There is NO income or maintenance requirement for PBS Dependents applying for ILR.
