Tier 2 dependent separation

My husband has tier 2 intra company transfer visa and i have tier 2 dependent visa. 1 week after we moved to uk, my husband asked for separation from my marriage. Due to emotional distress I came back to India in 2 weeks. I have tired for reconciliation with him for past 2 months. But he is not willing.
1) Now should I inform to the home office about our separation ?
2) I am a dentist and I am appearing for overseas registration exam - uk in August 2018. Will I have trouble entering uk with tier 2 dependent visa ( valid until December 2019) in August 2018 which is six months since our separation ?
3) I want to pursue and get a job as a dentist in future in uk. Will I have trouble in getting my own tier 2 visa in future because of the this separation?

Yes, HO needs to be informed on the prescribed form and your visa will be cancelled. Your spouse might have done this already.

If your visa has been curtailed or cancelled, unlikely you will be allowed to enter the UK.

No effect on your own Tier 2 General visa application should you wish to make one.

How long will it take for the HO to cancel my dependent visa?

Can I apply a tourist visa to appear for my exams following cancellation of my dependent visa?

If you are out of the UK, it is usually quite quick as there is no need to wait for you to leave.
