Original post by Evicra member,

if in interview a question arises that how you gave paid holiday to your employees and any sick pay.
1. do we have to give them any other proof e.g if it was mentioned in payroll
2. is it mandatory to declare officially.?

If any of your employees take sick leave they have to fill up sick leave form SC2 from HMRC.
Please refer HMRC sick leave forms and a employee is eligible to take upto 28 weeks sick leave and the weekly pay would be £89.35 per week.

An employer should have proof of employee sick pay like communication through email declaring sick and SC2 forms! If your employee did not take any sick leave then you could tell them.

What is the nature of your business?
Wait for more advice from seniors.

Thanks

Not sure what you are looking for ?
Without details, the answer to both above would be Yes.

It varies. What is your question about exactly and how does this relate to immigration queries?

If you are employing people, you should know something about employment law and employees rights.

What is it specifically that you want to know based on this or should we search/googled and list every single detail in law?

Not as simple as you believe. Employment law is vast and has many aspects to it, hence I am trying to establish what in particular you are concerned about.

I will leave others to comment further on a 'vague' question such as you have posted.
