Hi,
Is there anyone who got Tier 1 entrepreneur extension visa in this year without interview?
I applied for extension on 2nd July 2017, after week done biometric and got comples letter in the same month.
On 12 feb 2018 got partial IHS refund and after that no news.

Ho Compliance officer will ask you all documents which you submitted with your Extension application.Mainly ask you bank statements and client contracts and invoices.

If any of your employees take sick leave they have to fill up sick leave form SC2 from HMRC.
Please refer HMRC sick leave forms and a employee is eligible to take upto 28 weeks sick leave and the weekly pay would be £89.35 per week.

An employer should have proof of employee sick pay like communication through email declaring sick and SC2 forms! If your employee did not take any sick leave then you could tell them.

Not as simple as you believe. Employment law is vast and has many aspects to it, hence I am trying to establish what in particular you are concerned about.

I will leave others to comment further on a 'vague' question such as you have posted.
