Regarding parents visit visa

Hi,

We applied visit visa for my parents in Aug 2017 and they came to UK and stayed for 6 months and wen in Jan 2018, now again i want to apply for 6 months visit visa to them, can i apply them in next momnth (April 2018) or i need to wait 6 months to apply

They cannot be spending more time in the UK than they are in their home country. Otherwise they are not 'visiting' but 'residing'.

Did they state in their last visit visa application that were staying in the UK for a full 6 months??

No, they mentioned for 3 months but stayed 6 months in UK

Pity they did that. People have been refused subsequent visit visas for doing just this as it throws doubt on their 'genuineness'.
