Not been published with the normal fee increases. Likely only in effect later this year.

The visa/immigration fees increase on 6th April and this has already been released.
There is no mention at this point anywhere that I can find when or if the IHS will increase.

IHS is not considered a part of the immigration fees, which are charged by the Home Office, but are charged separately by the Department for Health and Social Care. That is why the IHS does not show up in the Home Office fees list.
Apart from
an announcement in February, there has been no further update on the IHS increase on the Gov.UK website.
The increase would likely (but not certainly) be brought into force by an Order 21 days before it comes into force. If you are interested in further research, keep searching for "The Immigration (Health Charge) (Amendment) Order" with the year "2018" on the
Legislation.gov.uk website.

What is your immigration status and what did you put in the form?

09-08-2024 but if I put that my visa is expired in 3 years then the exact amount is coming. because of spouse visa is for 2.5 years I sent an email to the home office they replied I should put only my visa expired date for 3 years. so I did the same way and got exact visa fee.
this is very strange

Hi,
I'm in the process of applying for my husband's entry clearance spouse visa(he is in Sri Lanka). I have my ILR and my BRP card says it is expiring on 24/12/2024.
As stated in here I also got $1820 when I filled the IHS fee tab at in the online application stating my actual expiration date (24/12/2024.).I did not pay as of yet. Now I can't change my information on IHS fee tab. It directly leads me to the fee payment of £1820.
After reading these comments I went to the "Calculate your immigration health surcharge" on UK GOV page where I selected the expiration date to be 24/12/2021(3 years time). Then it gave me the £600.
But I can't go to my online application account and change it there.
there they ask about the partner's 'visa route' and 'visa type' and the 'expiration date'.
I selected Settlement - Wife - 24.12.2024 which gave me £1820. which I think is wrong.
I was supposed to submit it today.
Can you please help me in how to solve this. It'll be a great help.
Thanks a lot

First of all, you should apply for the Settlement-husband, if it’s for your husband.
The entry clearance is given for 2,5 years, so it won’t be given till 2024 for your husband. You probably made a mistake somewhere filling in the form.

Hi,
Thanks, for the prompt response. Yes, I filled the settlement Husband application for my husband in Sri Lanka and submitted the application online along with the signed declaration.
then the next steps(tabs) as per the online application are:
BRP collection- done- highlighted in green
View appointment-done- highlighted in green
Pay for IHS- ???
Pay for application
Register at commercial partner
Print application
At "pay for IHS'- they ask to tick and select certain answered to some questions before they give you the fee to pay. first, they ask about the applicant(my husband) which I filled. Then they ask about the partner he is planning to live with (which is me)When they ask about my details they ask about:
partner's 'visa route' and 'visa type' and the 'expiration date'.
I have my ILR which expired on 24/12/2024( as stated in my BRP)
But I do not what to select from the drop down menu for those three questions about me. It does not give me the ILR option to select. so that is why I selected Settlement - Wife - 24.12.2024.
As stated in one of the comments here I also got $1820 when I filled the IHS fee tab at in the online application stating my actual expiration date (24/12/2024.).I did not pay as of yet. Now I can't change my information on IHS fee tab. It directly leads me to the fee payment of £1820.

But now I can't go to my online application account and change it there.
Any suggestions, please?
Thank you.

Hi
i hope you are all well.
Following the topic of IHS, does anyone know if the increase has been agreed, i mean has the parliament approved it and it is just a matter of implementation or is it still to be discussed in parliament?
I am curious to know as i am applying for my wife's spouse visa extension in January so need to plan accordingly. (is there a faster route to application except the same day premium service which is much more expensive, do they offer a week's service like they do in some countries)
Your kind reply and expertise will be highly appreciated.
Warm Regards

If approved, increase effective from December, see link below.

There is no 'weeks service'. It is postal or premium only. However the process is also changing, see link below.
