Start Date for Tier 2 dependent for ILR

Hi there,

I have tried to find a post on this and i have seen different response - got a bit worried.

My visa start date is on the 28th May 2013 to March 2019. My 5 years will be on the 28th May 2018.

My husband start date ( entry clearance) is on the June 20th 2013 and came to the UK on the 5th July 2013. Does that mean his 5 years will be on the 20th June 2018 or 5th July 2018?

Under tier 2 point based - am i able to apply for ILR for both myself and husband on dependant 28 days before his or mine 5 years?
