Hi i want to know my friend who wants to come here from Dubai on Entreprenuer visa actualky wants to know that is it possible that she comes here on visit visa and then get her visa changed to enterprenuer visa .

You can apply to switch to this visa if you meet the eligibility requirements and you’re already in the UK under one of the following categories:

Tier 1 (General)
Tier 1 (Investor) 

Tier 1 (Graduate entrepreneur) 


Highly Skilled Migrant Programme 

Tier 2 

a visitor who has been carrying out permitted activities as a prospective entrepreneur

To add to that, the permitted activities are quite restrictive and the applicant would have to make that clear at the time of application as the purpose of the visit.
