Naturalisation Approval Letter

I applied online for naturalisation early this month and wondering how do you receive the approval letter? Will it be posted via special delivery or normal post? Or I will receive an email notification?

Also how do I get notified if HO has any query on my application?

I just want to make sure I do not misplace it in my post mail.

Post, A5 brown envelope, 2nd class mail. Looks similar to junkmail.

HO will write to you if they have any queries.
