Correct as per my understanding. Lengthy topic on online process, link below.so if I understand this correctly, with NDRS, you will in the online form and then take your docs to the NDRS center and they then give u back the docs there an then ? (similar to NCS - JCAP)
with online can u also apply for the passport on the same day?
Date of online submission.and the application date is the date of the NDRS appointment?

Yes, the fees are the same. You have to find out from the council the earliest date that you can apply bearing in mind your 12 month period.
If your friend met English language requirement as a BSc degree holder then tick yes.n8net wrote: ↑Tue Apr 24, 2018 11:02 amhi,
I am filling the form and there is a question
Knowledge of the English language
Have you met the requirement to qualify for settlement on or after 28th October 2013? (Required)
Applicants who applied for, and obtained, settlement on or after the 28th October 2013 using an English language qualification at level B1 or above can use this as evidence of their knowledge of English language. However if this qualification was not used and accepted for their settlement application, it cannot be used for this application.
