European Convention on Human Rights.

Post by MOSHIUR » Thu Mar 22, 2018 12:14 pm

Hi, l have made an application for flr (lr) on 15th February 2018 before 45 days to complete 10 years lawful residence and l have received a letter from home office that written you have raicing issues to the European convention on human right which are complex in nature. As such, it falls outside our normal service standard deciding leave to remain application. But home office issued biometric enrolment letter and I did my biometric on 15th march 2018.
Now I need your help and tell me what to do & why home office mentions it is human right application.

It is a standard letter, many people get it across many visa category applications.

On what basis have you applied for FLR(FP)?

Have you done this only to buy time??

What is your full UK immigration history?

Hi, thanks for your response.
My application is FLR (LR) based on 10 years long residence. Not FLR (FP).
My immigration history:
01/04/2008 came in the uk as a student
Extended visa 3/4 times successfully
2014 college was revoke
18/12/2014 got 60 days curtailment letter
17/02/2015 applied for human right based on Medical & political issue.
Within 2 months home office refused political issue and written political issue do not register by post. If I want I have to book for Asylum screening interview. And after 4 months they refused my Medical issue.
21 days after my refusal (Medical issue)
I booked for Asylum interview.
02/10/2015 was 1st interview
05/01/2016 was 2nd interview
March 2016 home office refused my Asylum claim but I got appeal right and it was continue to court of appeal.
05/02/2018 court of appeal finally refused my Asylum claim.
15/02/2018 I have submitted FLR(LR) application within 14 days of refusal based on 10 years lawful long residence in uk.
01/04/2018 I will complete lawful 10 years.
45 days early I did my 10 years application
I don't know it is right or wrong
But if you have any good idea please tell me or give any advise what will really help me.

Another things, I got biometric enrolment letter & 14/03/2018 I did biometric.

So you don't have 10 years of legal stay as your applications were refused and your appeals exhausted.

Thanks
I have understood what you mean but I did FLR(LR) application within 14 days of refusal. Do you think 14 days is not countable in my circumstance ? If your answer is no please can you explain what purpose they use 14 days.
And please tell me what I can do now.
