Can I add NHS letters for my child Which says parent of (childsname) as supporting documents for ilr?

On what basis is your child applying for ILR?

What is your and the other parent's immigration status in the UK?
Char (CR001 not Casa)

I'm sorry I meant I will be applying for ilr ( I am on spouse visa extension) and my husband is a British citizen. Our son is British aswell. So wanted to know if I can add the NHS letters which came for my son as supporting documents when I apply for ILR. The letter says Parent of (child's name). So I was wondering if that could be added?
