ILR Application for Daughter under Tier1PBS Dependant

Post by bash24 » Thu Mar 22, 2018 7:21 pm

Hi All,
I am British citizen through Tier1 General.Just trying to apply for ILR for my daughter having completed 5years of residency and need to confirm to ensure I'm not making any mistake.

1. Can someone please confirm SET(O) form will be used.
2. Will she apply as Main Applicant as she's 16 years old?.
3. Is there any other supporting evidence that needs to be included apart from my own British citizenship certificate and her BRP. Her BRP still valid until 2020 but she needs to be in college soon and all the colleges we applied to ask for the ILR.

Thank you for anticipated cooperation

Best regards,

Applying for Set(O) on what basis?

What visa does she currently hold?

Your previous topic suggests you did not renew the visa in time and it expired months before you raised the question??

Thanks for your contributions. @CR001, as per the reference you made, this is the one I renewed with her mum so she has her visa extended till 2020 (PBS dependent) but need to do her ILR so as to be able to meet up with requirements for her college education. In a Nutshell, she doesn't have issue with Visa.

@Vinny, I renewed the wife's visa at the same time as the daughter in question. And again, my wife has got her ILR in December 2017 using the SET(O) form as dependent of me.

I hope this makes it clear

Thank you

Just to make it clearer, she came into the country Nov 2012 and has only travelled outside the country for only 5days since then, therefore, has completed 5years period and her mother that she came with has got her ILR in Dec 2017 (premium service).

Awaiting your responses

Thank you

Daughter could have applied for ILR with her mother last December.

She has a choice of applications.
