6 month financial requirements

Post by Mysztiger77 » Sat Mar 24, 2018 5:52 am

Hi all!

First of all would like to say a warm big hello
to everyone as this is my first post on this forum.

Just a bit of background info to begin with. My wife is applying for a spouse visa in April and I thought everything was sorted. However I am beiginning to worry a little now regarding payslips we will need to provide.

I was initially a contractor and made permanent in the beginning of November. I was also informed that visa officials accept wage slips from agencies, which is brilliant. However, since being made permanent my wage slips now come directly from my employer. Is this a problem?

I would hate to think that our application would be rejected because of a promotion and an acknowledgement of a job well done :-(

Yes working for agency is fine. Remember HO dont care whether you are being promoted or not as all they want to see that required income threshold be met. If you are working for same employer from 6 months then you can meet requirement through category A otherwise category B.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.
