I’m in the process of obtaining a Tier 2 visa to work in the UK. Is it necessary for my spouse who is coming as a dependent along with me to qualify in IELTS test?

Hello

I was in UK on a Tier 2 visa until December 1 2016. I left the UK afterwards and broke continuous residence. Now the cool-off period of 12 months is over and i am looking for jobs. During this period i got divorced and got married again.

What all documents do i need to provide to prove my current marriage? Is a marriage certificate enough? Also my spouse's name is added to my passport and vice versa.

You also have to provide proof that you were free to marry her and that when you married her you were already divorved from your previsous spouse.
