Post by Adilj » Sat Mar 24, 2018 3:54 pm

Hello, valued moderators and members,
This question/ inquiry is on behalf of a family friend
Thanks in advance.

Background

Tier 1 ENT initial: Jan 2013
Tier 1 Ext: may 2016
Tier 5 year ILR: may 2018

Main applicant entered UK Jan 2013
Dependent visa granted May 2013 and Entered UK Dec 2014

Question: Main applicant applying for ILR in may 2018, will dependents be eligible for ILR with the main applicant?

Thank you

Dependent will likely only qualify in December 2019 as they entered the UK more than a year after visa grant.
