FLR(FP) Child route

Post by Ianwar » Mon Mar 26, 2018 12:27 pm

Hi.....
A long message . Sorry in advance.

I came to uk in march 2016 as a dependent spouse tier 1.
We applied for extension of tier 1 visa on 27febraury 2017.
My husband got ILR on 7th april 2017 on the basis of 10years in uk. Then my husband applied FLR(fp) on 24rth april on the basis of british child parent for me as we had a baby on 13th march 2017. We provided with original birth certificate with the application as we dont hav baby passport at that time.
Biometrics done on 30july 2017.

After that no answer from homeoffice. I did few calls and the reply was through email that your decision is in process.

On 11february2018 i wrote a letter to homeoffice with the details of my baby passport (as i got it in january) and asked about my application. I got the reply with same answer on 25thfeb 2018.
I wrote letter to MP on 11th Feb 2017 as well. Today i got the reply with the same answer.. even homeoffice told MP that my application is still awaited to be considered. They asked that they can consider application on illness or death of their loved ones.

Now i got my surgery date. I have an operation of my left leg on 3RD JULY 2018.....previously i had an accident and now they will remove the rod which is giving me pain.

My question is
DO I WRITE A LETTER TO HOMEOFFICE PROVIDING THE LETTER FROM NHS REGARDING MY SURGERY, AND ASK THEM THAT I WANT TO GO
1. SAUDI ARAB TO PERFORM UMRAH BEFOR MY SURGERY
2. TO MEET MY FAMILY BACK HOME IN PAKISTAN BEFORE MY SURGERY.....?

will that make any sense and positive approach to get my visa.....? I hope u guys will help me out.
Thanks .

You don't qualify for the FLR(FP) parent route if you are still in a relationship with your husband.

Why did you not apply on FLR(M) or FLR(FP) Partner route??
