Post by Wardariaz » Tue Mar 27, 2018 7:09 am

Hi all
We applied for spouse visa in 2017. We got it and i went to uk for a month. Then we separated.I went back to home country and we cancelled the visa and returned the BRP.
Now we have decided to reconcile and apply visa again.
KIndly guide us on this matter.

You will have to submit a whole new spouse visa application, all the same conditions/documents that you submitted previously. The fees have recently increased slightly.

Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.

You can also expect your application to be scrutinised a bit more and will probably need to submit quite a bit of evidence in regards to subsisting marriage and communication.
