SPOUSE VISA WITH CHILD MAINTENANCE

Good morning house. My spouse a British citizen receive 17,590.00 annually. She has a child from a former relationship and she recently claim child maintenance to commence April 2018.
Please with child maintenance of 250 pounds monthly plus her gross put together, can we apply for the spouse visa after six(6) month of receiving it. Alternatively, can you please tell me how long can she needs to receive child maintenance to be use for the application with her annual salary as a permanent employee.

She still does not meet the financial requirement which is £18,600pa.

Hello thanks for your response. If she receives 17590 gross and child maintenance of 250 monthly a total of 1500 for 6month. Add both income equals 19090 for 6month.
Can we apply with this?
