Can i process work permit while my spouse setttlement visa in appeal ?

My spouse settlement visa was refused due to ECO overlooked/ignored financial& language evidence that we submitted. We have applied for appeal against the refusal. Meantime i am seeking my work help to process we work permit. Will this any ways affects both the visas ? can i process work permit and mention the details about spouse visa refusal ? my visa was refused under Human rights of a EEA Family member under family life. Will this anyways support my work-permit if i process ? Also is it possible to process visit visa to go see my wife interim when the appeal is in progress ? Please throw some lights .. thanks

In regards to obtaining a visit visa to see your wife, the likelihood is that it will be refused again, they will see your previous refusal and will not be satisfied that you will be leaving the UK at the end of your visa.

As crappy as it sounds, they just dont like to believe that some people can be and are honest

A Tier 2 visa is a completely different visa category and rules/requirements that need to be met to a spouse. The spouse visa refusal is unlikely to have any effect on a Tier 2 visa, unless you used deception or F A K E documents.

A visit visa will likely fail due to your refusal of a spouse visa.
