spouse visa help

Post by nasiaziz » Tue Mar 27, 2018 4:11 pm

Dear members,
i currently am on ilr leave and intend to get married and bring my spouse to the uk soon.
i needed help regarding her application as i dont trust the solicitors and never want to use their service.
The situation is as follows :
I am currently director of my company since 2015 and taking £800.00 wages as a director and end of each financial year i take £10,000 as dividend. for last year 2017/18 which is ending on 31 march 2018, my wages total was £9600.00 and £10,000 dividend but i took the dividend in january 2018 in one transaction. does that matter? so for year 2017/18 my total personal income would be £19600.00 which satisfy the income requirement, i also have kept savings of £38500.00.
now the question is if i want to apply for my wife in novermber/december 2018 would i only need to submit the company accounts upto 31/03/2018 or management accounts would be needed aswell upto december 2018 if yes then in those management accounts i only would be taking wages of £800 each month and dividends as i said i take end of each financial year so management accounts wont show the dividends,
would homeoffice only look at my year 2017/18 company accounts and personal selfassessment and can they be used untill march 2019, to be applied on?
second question:
what is the complete procedure of the application which form and which guidance should i study can anyone provide the links as i was unable to find on google the complete guidance.

3rd question:
they issue entry clearance of one month now so what if my wife is not able to come in that one month can we reapply for a new entry clearance is there any process for that.
thanks

This includes:

Hi
so the application which you have mentioned is it the one when we fill online a print out of that?
also on vfs website it says new scanning of docs has been introduced when enrolling biometrics does that mean all of the above docs has to be submitted in the applicant country as well?
wont it get double in that case?
thanks

There are 2 options you either have it scanned and sent from VFS centre OR you send to Sheffield. You pick one, and not both.

Not sure where you applying from so best to check your local VFS. I have not seen many VFS that actually do scanning even though on their website they advertise it, check before you go.
