Visitor visa where in applicant doenst have funds

Hi Moderators,

Would you please assist me in the below query

Iam in UK at the moment and my visa valid for 1 more year in ICT
For my wife delivery in April end, am planning to bring my mother in law to UK to seek some assistance as doctors said it is going to be a sygerian

My uncle is a govt. employee who gets salary 40 k INR based out in india . He and my untle stay in a rented house, their both daughters got married.

unfortunately my motherinlaw and Uncle doesn't have any funds nor assets.
I want to apply visitor visa in this weekend for my mother in law

inorder to show funds for my aunt and give assurance, the below options I have in my mind are below :

1. Can I arrange funds through my wife sister in india; So from her to my aunt account - around 1 lkah
2. similary from my wife 1 lakh(she is in uk now) to my account directly
The reason is if any query, we can justify that my aunt daughers have given money for travel expenses etc.

3. Will there by any query why in one month the funds have come in shot time? or there wouldn't be any query

4. Without transferring funds, can I just produce my uncle salary certificate and 6 month bank statement(anyway he is not maintaining any funds)
anyway I wil lbe producing my bank statement and employer ceritificate form sponsor certificate for 7k

In the visa application I can state its a short term visit and go back to asssit my uncle as he is staying alone with attested flight return ticket.

Please advise the best approach. Many thanks in advance

How long is the proposed visit??
