Process bring my child from aboard to join the family’s

Hello

I would like know about the process to bring my child over to uk to join the family.

This is the situation
- child is 12 years old and currently living in Brunei
- child was born in 2016 in Swansea, Wales and has been living in Brunei since 2017.
- both parents are now settled in UK. Father has obtained his British citizenship in 2016.

I would like to know:
- can I submit the application form from uk while she is in Brunei?
- what is the form to complete for this application.

Why have you not chosen to register the UK born child as British after you got ILR?

Apology. The child was born in 2006. And been living in Brunei since 2007.
