Universal Credit query

Post by londonukguy » Wed Mar 28, 2018 11:36 pm

Dear friends
I would like to ask a question
I would like to apply for working tax credit and child tax credit and child benefits etc
I’m told I need to do that under universal credit(What is that exactly)?
I’m a British citizen and my wife and 9 year old daughter just joined me under Spouse route.
If I apply would it effect their future application for extension and ILR?
Currently I ve gone on part time job due to poor health and can qualify for above benefits.
Do I need to apply my own or joint application?

The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.
