Spouse visa for my to be wife in Bangladesh

Hi There,

I am a PR holder in the UK. My to be wife has been in UK on a Tier 4 visa since last 3.5 years.

Her visa has expired in February 2018 and she is now in Bangladesh. I want to bring her back as my spouse.

Could you please explain the procedures and how long it might take?

PR through EEA/EU route or ILR through UK Immigration visa route??

What is your nationality??

Why didn't she apply to switch to spouse visa in the UK before her student visa expired??

Do you have ILR.... damn already asked by Cr001 so edited and changed to. Are you legally married in Bangladesh, you said wife to be?
