Hi there,
I am in UK on TIER 2 (ICT) visa. I was checking on GOV.uk website to change visa to ILR and it make me confuse.
https://www.gov.uk/settle-in-the-uk/y/y ... nsfer-visa
Above page says: -
To qualify for ILR, you must have had at least one of these visas in the 5 years:
1. Tier 2 (Intra-Company Transfer) issued under the Immigration Rules in place before 6 April 2010.
2. Work Permit for an intra-company transfer
I don't come in 1 number criteria but 2 number is confusing me. What is "Work Permit" mean? Does it not mean for Tier 2 (ICT)? if not, what is it?
First, I came here on short term in 2015 and then after it was changed to Long term in 2016 till 2020. I have still two years but my employer told me to do some research and let them know back.
Considering the present situations, Can I apply for ILR?
Regards.
