Good afternoon moderators. Happy good Friday to everyone here. Am a bit confused and need clarification please if anyone can help.
I have leave to remain through flr fp as a parent.my girlfriend has Italian citizenship and I have a child with her. Child is itAlian as well. We want to go on holidays together. Will I need to apply for a schengen visa if we are all traveling together? Thanks.

What nationality do you hold? As visa rules are per your passport. Most likely you will need to apply for the visa of the country you’re visiting.

@bathanza, I hold a Ghanaian passport. i thought I could be a family member of an eu citizen since my child and her mother are both eu citizens. Thanks.

You need a Schengen visa. You are not an a visa under the EEA/EU rules and you are not married to an EU national.
