Hi my parents both over ( 77 year dad, 55 year mum) applied for UK visit visa 14/08/2015, I was tier 4 student that time living with my wife and 1 children. Visa was refused because my father income source was not believed by them. They said it is not viable to them. Any way after a year 6th January 2016 it was my graduation ceremony and I invited them again to attend my graduation ceremony. They reject the application again due to the fact of my father income source and they said Further application will be refused if the circumstances does not changes. I have the refusal letter and main reason for refusal--- " I have refused your application for a visit visa because I am not satisfied that you meet the requirement(s) of paragraph V4.2 of Appendix V of the immigration Rules.
I am also not satisfied that you have presented a complete and accurate picture of your personnel and economic circumstances in Bangladesh.
I am not satisfied that you intend to leave the UK at the end of your proposed visit. (ParagraphV4.2(a), V4.2(c)."
My father was sponsoring him and my mother for the proposed trip but as I was under student visa and therefore could not sponsor them. Now my father business got dissolved and he is retired now. I will be comfortable to sponsoring my parents in current situation. I had my ILR given in June 2016 and I went back home at the end of 2016 with my family to see my parents. Me and my child have British passport and Went again in this year January for a month to visit them. My wife is pregnant and her due date is 9th may 2018. We want to invite them again. My income for this year around £37000 and my wife income was £11000. It would be really great if I could have them here to support us during this time and I can continue my work.
I am going sponsor them this time and is there anything I can do to support their application.
Any advice and idea will be highly appreciated. Thank you for your time and help.
