ILR for tier 1 dependent

hi ,
my partner is due for Ilr next year , could i please know what are the required docs and procedure for tier 1 dependent for ilr.

From 6 April 2018 the Tier 1 (General) category will be closed to all settlement applications. You must apply by post or book and attend a premium service centre appointment by this date.

does this effect tier 1 dependent ???

It DOES NOT apply to Tier 1 Dependents. The route is only closing to Tier 1 General main visa holders.

can you please tell me what is required for tier 1 dependent.
how to get points ?? as she is housewife(working part-time ).. can any one list the docs required and procedure please.

There is no 'points' requirement for dependents.

Read the form and guidance notes.
