and I am scared they will notice that on one of the trips/holidays in 2015, I called in sick even though I was actually travelling. Is there any advise for me please?
HO have all the records of your departure and arrival to and from the UK. Your employer needs to list all absence from the UK. HO do check this information from their records and your passport stamps. Is it required to give every single holiday/trip of mine to my HR to mention in the letter? If one or two trips are missing from the HR letter, will it be a problem while being issued ILR?

So you lied to your employer. This is not really an immigration related question on how you overcome this with your employer.

No, not a specific question but same as above for Tier 2 Set O. You mean even if applicant was on private holidays (non-business) still needs letter from employer stating the dates? Employer could always say it doesn’t know where the employee was and will ask for stamps on passport. And if stamps on passport needs to be evidence then why not advise the same to UKVI directly to see stamps on passport.CR001 wrote: ↑Thu Apr 05, 2018 1:54 pmIf your holidays were OUTSIDE the UK, they must be listed in the letter as ALL absence counts towards the 180 days limit for Tier 2 General applicants.
It is Tier 1 main applicants that self attest.
If you have specif questions about absence, again, please ask them in your own topic.
The requirement is to submit absence letter from your employer(s). I don't make the rules. Please stop hijacking other members topics. The OP in this topic has asked a very specific question not related to the general absence argument you are trying to engage in.apsk wrote: ↑Thu Apr 05, 2018 2:02 pmNo, not a specific question but same as above for Tier 2 Set O.
