British Citizenship Referees

Hello!

Kindly please correct me here with what I understand about British Citizenship referees.

Referee 1: Must be British and professional or over 25 y.o.

Referee 2: Must be a professional from ANY NATIONALITIES. Does this include non-EU nationalities like Asians who have ILRs? Can the referee be another British citizen?

Also can supervisory or managerial positions in a retail company be considered professional?

This one does not have to be a professional.

Yes any nationality but they must be a professional on the list of acceptable professions.

Also can supervisory or managerial positions in a retail company be considered professional?
