ILR 5yr Route financial docs

Hi,

My Spouce visa is due to expire on 5th may 2018 , so can I apply 28 days before meaning anytime after 8th april 2018 ?

I am worried that my last holiday outside UK was 110days and am confused about his 90 days and 180 days rule. Please advice if I am ok to apply for ILR?


My Spouce visa details are below :
Spouse visa issued 22 Feb 2013 - Expiry 22 Aug 2015
Spouse visa issued 7 oct 2015 - Expiry 5 may 2018

Holidays:
4 may 2013 to 17 may 2013 = 14 days
4 oct 2013 to 25 oct 2013 = 21 days
6 Feb 2014 to 9 Feb 2014 = 4 days
17 Nov 2014 to 22 Nov 2014 = 5 days
6 Nov 2015 to 21 Nov 2015 = 16 days
6 oct 2016 to 23 jan 2017 = 110 days

- [ ] masters degree certificate and final transcripts
- [ ] Print screen of the Uni in UK Naaric
- [ ] Children passport
- [ ] property papers
- [ ] Husband covering letter
- [ ] Husband and mine 12 pieces of address evidence between 2012-2018
- [ ] Child credit confirmation letter
- [ ] Family photograph printout
- [ ] Holiday list from date in to the UK
- [ ] Main applicant cover letter, married , children, holidays together, still in relationship and living together

- [ ] Husband covering letter Not needed. The form has all the info HO expect to see.
- [ ] Husband and mine 12 pieces of address evidence between 2012-2018

Is there any other document that I need to have apart from the above list ?

1. 5 years Statements because i don’t have p60 forms to prove that me and hubby lived together at the same address
2. Masters degree from the UK recognised by UK Naaric

1. You don't need 5 years cohabitation proof. You only need two years.
2. You don't need address proof for every month - one per quarter or even every six months would do.

For financial docs my husband has only Year 2015-16 original payslip. Copy of 17-18 p60 as original is lost and original payslip of last 12 months with 2 missing months in between. He will get an employer letter confirming job and salary but is this enough ? Will it have any affect on the application?

My interview is on 14th april can someone please advice.

For financial docs my husband has only

1. original p60 Year 2015-16
2. Copy of 17-18 p60 as original is lost.
3. original payslip of last 12 months with 2 missing months in between.
4. He will get an employer letter confirming job and salary but is this enough ?
5. Will it have any affect on the application?
6. Is there anything else I can provide ?

Depending which Category A or B of financial requirements you have to meet , if 12 months pay slips are required that you Must have to provide them 12 months original payslips plus original bank statement for 12 months along with other documents otherwise application could refuse.

I am applying for Spouse 5 year route SET (M) form.
There is no document list for financial support docs and I have taken last 5 years bank statements original , rest all are original but problem with payslips. I have 10 months original and 2 months copy as the originals are lost. Employer confirmation letter with salary original is also there.

If you are employed for at least 6 months and earn £18600 than last 6 months wage slips would be ok but better if you got last 12 months and bank statement where salary is being paid into account.
