SET LR dependant needs FLR M or SET M

Post by sunymalik » Sun Apr 08, 2018 6:03 am

Hi.

Please advise me on the subject case.

I got ILR refused on the basis of TIER 1 GENERAL..the reason was tax amendment in 2010/11. .Now I have completed 10 years and going to apply Set LR.
But my question is under what category i can apply for my wife. Will it be Set M or FLR M. And also my wife done B1 english test last year when I have applied for ILR for both of us. Now can she use her B1 English language test or she has to take another test A1 or A2.
Note my wife has got master degree from Back home and her university handed her a letter saying medium of instruction was English. Would that be enough ???.

Please need guidance.

Thanks

Note that they will likely refuse your SET(LR), but you may get a right of appeal.

Perhaps dependants should apply for FLR(FP)?
