Hi,

Recently i have moved from a Tier2 General Visa to Settlement Visa. My Partner has been in the UK for just 3 years and is currently on PBS Dependent Leave to Remain Visa.

Does she need to change or apply for a new visa as my Visa Status has changed for Tier2 General to Settlement.

Settlement Visa
Settlement visa is a Spouse of BC or ILR holder visa. Do you mean 'ILR'???

If ILR, on what basis did you get ILR, 5 years PBS route or 10 years long residence?
