And of course immigration documents of you and your spouse.
Otherwise seems fine.
Why are you planning to apply for visa - do you have plans to travel ?

Hi marc.
Thanks for you reply.
Yes my spouse and new born baby want to travel. Her Khala (aunt) passed away couple of Days back so she want to be with her Family. Although this is not ideal for me as baby would get passport direct If I apply for indefinite (correct me if I am wrong) but you know we have 2nd home office at home to.
Important thing is what immigration documents you are referring to. I believe you mean Passport/visa of both of us.
In covering letter I am stating that we are Parents/Guardians of our Daughter including the list of documents and will be signed by both parents and will provide contact info on that letter. I want to post the application tomorrow If you please provide your feedback.
Many Thanks.

No, she would not get a 'passport direct' as she is not British. You would have to register her as British first once you get ILR, current cost to register as British is £1000. This is separate and before she can get a passport.

IHS is only dependant on immigration status, not on place of birth. So, yes, you need to pay IHS

Hi.
I have received the biomatrics letter for new born. I am not sure how this will be possible. How they can take finger prints of a new born. Please advise. Should I call HO and ask for clarification.
Many Thanks,
Emirates

It will probably be only the photograph. Just go to the post office and I am sure they will handle it as needed.
