Need help regrading change of teir 2 gen visa

I need help ,
I have resigned for a job in UK , my visa is valid for 6 more months , when will my cos be cancelled and how long my visa is valid after the date of end of sponsorship , and in what time I should I get a new cos to avoid Teir 2 cooling off period .

If your visa is short close to expiry, you might not even get one.

You should find a new job/sponsor and apply for a new tier 2 visa within the UK before your current visa expires.

You are no longer permitted to do any type of work.

I came back to india due to family issues , I have resigned for my job on 31st march , my visa expiry is on no 2018 , if my employer cancels my CoS , do my visa get cancelled immediately .

If you return, you will have to see if your are permitted to enter the UK if they check your immigration history.

Your ex employer notifies HO within 10 days of you leaving employment that you are no longer sponsored.

If my employer informs home office to end my CoS today , how long will my tier 2 visa is valid ? so that I can get a new CoS from new employer .
