How do I pay for Form AN?

Post by Lorena2008 » Thu Mar 29, 2018 11:48 am

Hello all,

I have filled out AN form and would like to book an appointment for NCS at local council.
I can't see any document where I can write payment details. Please help me.

Proof of residence for 3 years (Naturalisation as Spouse)

Post by Lorena2008 » Thu Apr 12, 2018 10:00 am

Can anyone advise me what should I provide as proof of residence for the past 3 years?

I do have:
- ILR,
- Life in the UK
- UK diploma
- Marriage certificate
- Spouse passport

My assumption is that as I have already provided all these bills etc for ILR. The card and passport themselves satisfies this requirement?

I have just called local council Nationality Service Checking and they told me to bring council tax for the past 3 years.

Not required if you have come through the visa process on the UK immigration route (i.e. not the EEA/EU route).

As a person holding ILR through spouse visa, you only require your passport.

Yes as presumably your passport gets stamped when you travel and that is what HO needs.
