PBS dependent visa to ILR

Dear Team,

My wife came to UK on 27th Oct 2013 as PBS dependant. I had Tier 2 ICT longterm. I have changed to ILR in June 2015. As she was not eligible for ILR, we did PBS dependent extension in Aug 2015. Her current VIsa is expiring on 31st July. She is still 3 months short of 5 year requirement.

Will they allow her to apply for ILR or should we again extend as PBS dependent. Also as PBS dependent have 3 years extension should we be paying entire IHS fees, we may apply for ILR next year (if she can't do now) if there are options to reduce the fees please suggest. Also which form should we use for the application and what is the fee?

What date was her original dependent visa issued??

Her original dependent visa was issued on 03-OCT-2013. He extension was issued on 31-JUL-2015.

You will need to apply for an extension then.

1. Which application form should I fill?

2. Regarding the fees - I looked at the link (https://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... n_2018.pdf)

in that should I consider the below line under the PBS application made in UK - "Tier 2 (General), (Intra-Company Transfer) - Long Term Staff, (Sportsperson) & (Minister of Religion), where a certificate of sponsorship has been issued for a period of three years or less " for the fees?

3. Does we need to pay IHS? If so should we pay IHS for all 3 years or can we do it for just 1 year, as she will apply for ILR within 1 year?
