UK Job offer advice.

Hey guys,

I completed my Bachelors in Architecture in India and doing my M.Sc in Sustainability and Environmental Management in UK, I also have UK certifications for NEBOSH, IOSH, First Aid , Accident Investigation, HAZWOPERM, NCFE Level 3 and IEMA. As I am an international student in UK I am looking for a Tier 2 Employer for jobs in Facilities Management, Construction Management, Architect, Environmental and Sustainability fields. Could you please advice me what is the most successful way to find a Tier 2 sponsor and also advice me about the chances of getting employed in the above mentioned fields in UK.
