Tier 2 application Priority

Tier 2 general Priority application submitted from New Delhi VFS on 5th April.
Acknowledgement email mentioning that your application is with entry clearance office on 6th April :16:14 IsT.

No email received until now. I had my return planned on 13th April and had to reschedule it.

I called UKVI Customer care on 11th April and the lady told the decision was recently made hence I waited for 24 hours but no email received. I then called the customer care again and the guy told that decision was made on 11th but no email received from UKVI about documents sent back to VFS.

I haven’t opted for SMS or courier service as the collection centre is nearby me. Has anyone else faced the same issue?

Any ideas why haven’t they sent an email for document collection? The application was made for 3 of us : my husband and my son and me being the main applicant.

I am really gutted now.
