EEA Permanent residence date for AN form

I have issue with point 1.3 in the form. Do I write the date I was given PR card or not? I called Home Office this morning and I was told that because I am EU citizen and therefore have a PR card and not ILR, then I should leave it empty. So after reading ohara's comment, I will leave blank in 1.3, although I have to say this information is not made clear in any of their guide or booklet pdfs...

I have split your post to its own topic as you tagged onto a thread that is more than a year old.

1.3 is not relevant to EU nationals.
