I'm on JSA, can my spouse (on spouse visa) get full help with health costs??

I'm on income-based JSA in Wales, and here [see page 1 of linked document] (http://www.healthcosts.wales.nhs.uk/sit ... %20WEB.pdf) it says that someone on income-based JSA & their partner are entitled to full help with health costs.

Is my wife (on a spouse visa) entitled? She paid her IHS surcharge, but she is also not entitled to any benefits, so I'm confused.

The IHS covers your wife for NHS treatment. What 'health costs' are you referring to.

She will need to pay for the fee charging treatments, she is not exempt and is subject to no recourse to public funds as far as I understand.

The use of 'partner' in the link you have provided is a generic one.
