EEA family permit for father

EEA family permit for father

I am a British citizen. My father has been granted Subsidiary Protection in Italy and has the Italian residence card. He lives alone in Italy and has emotional dependence on me. Can he get EEA family permit to come to the UK?

NO he cannot get EEA family permit but based on his Italian residence card he may apply & get the UK visit visa.
